Jim is the Medical Director of Coastal Recovery Center and a graduate of Wake Forest University and the Wake Forest School of Medicine. He has many years of experience in addiction medicine beginning circa 1980.He has been involved in Medical Director roles in outpatient and inpatient facilities, including Addiction-Psychiatric hospitals, treatment centers, and general hospitals. He established one of the first Intensive Outpatient treatment centers in the Country. Dr. Graham was certified by The American Society of Addiction Medicine in the first class of physicians in 1986 and is Board certified by The American Board of Addiction Medicine. Along with his role as Medical Director of Coastal Recovery Center, he is the Medical Director of South Carolina Recovery Professionals Program.

Spencer holds an undergraduate degree from Clemson University and a Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. His concentration of study was in Family Systems. He is licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor with South Carolina Board of Counselors, certified as a National Certified Counselor with the National Board for Certified Counselors, and certified as a Level II Certified Addictions Counselor with the South Carolina Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors (SCAADAC). He is a Certified Sexual Addictions Therapist through the International Institute for Trauma and Addictions Specialist (IITAP). In addition to his roles at Coastal Recovery Center, he has taught graduate level courses as a Professor of Human Growth and Development and has served on the SCAADAC Board of Directors as Region 3 Representative. His experience in the field of addiction began in 2006 and he has worked in inpatient and outpatient settings in the public and private sectors. His interests remain in Family Wellness.

Kacee Cleveland received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology followed by her Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She is currently becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of South Carolina. She is a member of NAADAC- the National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Counseling and SCAADAC- the South Carolina Association of Alcoholism and Drug Counseling. Kacee has worked with individuals, couples, families and groups on a wide variety of mental health issues. She currently specializes in treating adolescents and families, helping them cope with anxiety/depression, trauma and attachment, and addiction/substance abuse problems.
